Use of Site
You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services. No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted.
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services to produce the Products on your behalf.
You may not use this Site to send or use e-cards in any manner that would constitute the transmission of Spam or unsolicited e-mails. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
Transfer of Title
The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services, Inc. cannot guarantee availability of any particular item, and that ordering from them does not necessarily mean that the item is in stock. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.
Note to recipient
Upon completion of service, please provide the technician with a certified business check made payable to " McCurrie Gadgets & Pc Services". Or pay using your debit or credit card.
Payments made by check to McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services that are not honored by the bank will incur a returned check fee of $50 or five percent (5%) of the check amount whichever is greater, plus the NSF bank fee that we are charged. The payment will be reversed from the appropriate account when a check is returned by the bank which could result in additional fees being added to the account.
The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days from the date of sale. All returns outside of this return policy will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee and up to 90% of the total value of the purchased item.
MGPCS Technical Support Subscription
Subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. Subscriptions are automatically charged every month to clients credit/debit cards. If MGPCS is unable to deduct funds from clients account,
subscription will suspended until payment is received. Non-payment after 2 months will lead to subscription being canceled. Once subscription is canceled, client will have to open a new subscription account. Terms and Conditions of Subscription Plan.
Unopened computer hardware and accessory products may be returned up to 14 days from the date of sale. Opened computer hardware and accessory products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
Unopened/inactivate/unregistered current version software products may be returned up to 14 days from the date of sale; A minimum 50% restocking fee and up to 90% of the total value of the purchased item fee may be imposed. Opened packaged software products will be exchanged for like product only, if item is damaged. Software that are shipped with a security seal on the label, CD sleeves, etc. once the security seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.There are no refunds for opened retail software products or electronic activated licensed software and manuals. Digital downloads are nonrefundable after purchase.
No refunds on service parts. Defective service parts will be exchanged for a like part only up to 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days from the date of purchase, defective service parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
There is a 25% cancellation fee for all custom orders. All Service contracts and special project cancellations are subject to a $250 admin fee, plus 20% of the total contract value. ( After the 7-day grace period)
Online Merchandise Sales
All merchandise purchased online through our online store, unless otherwise stated, "As-is, final sale, no returns accepted" is fully refundable. Refund is contingent Upon verification of items sold (1) was returned in good faith with all attachments and accessories, and verified through our inventory specialist. (2) Purchase order was valid and verified through our payment system. Customers have 14 days grace period to return all products that they are not happy with. A minimum 50% restocking fee and up to 90% of the total value of the purchased item fee may be imposed. Customers are responsible for shipping cost. McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services, INC. will not refund shipping cost. After the 14 grace period, no returns are accepted. Refunds normally take between 7-10 business days to be processed, and up to 30 days to be credited back to the card holders account. We earnestly try our best to have the funds credited back to you, at our earliest convenience.
Used electronics are non-refundable! All used items purchased comes with a MGPCS 30 Day Technical Support/Warranty Subscription. In the event that a purchase used product has technical issues, McCurrie Gadgets will provide technical support on the item up to 30 days. Subscription is activated upon the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the training you have received by McCurrie Gadgets & PC Services you have two options:
(1 Receive a one time, (2) hour Computer training class voucher. (V ocher must be used within 1 month of issue date)
(2). Request a partial refund, with proper documentation.
*A partial Refund is not guaranteed, and is only 25% of the total value.
